RETURNS

BLUEPRINTED ENGINES

We do not offer returns for blueprinted engines.

PARTS

Return requests for parts must be placed within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.

Call (910) 274-5719 or email kinetickarting@gmail.com for a return authorization. Item(s) returned without authorization may be refused.

Shipping charges for the returned merchandise are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned merchandise is subject to inspection. All returned items must be in new condition in original packaging and are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

All returns are for Credit-on-Account. No cash refunds.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

To receive a full refund, you have a grace period of (3) three days (from the date of purchase) to notify us you’d like to cancel the order. Refunds will not be issued after the grace period. Order will continue to be fulfilled and shipped.

CUSTOMER ABANDONED ENGINES

Regarding our engine refresh and changeover services, Kinetic does not offer individual engine storage.

Upon receiving your invoice, the payment is due immediately. We offer a grace period of one (1) week to make payment.

A daily storage fee of $50 will start to incur following the one (1) week grace period. The storage fees will continue to accumulate for an additional two weeks.

If no payment is received by the end of the two (2) week fee period, Kinetic will take full ownership of your engine as it will be considered abandoned by the customer.

Kinetic is strict on this policy as it negatively impacts our workflow preventing Kinetic from providing a consistent experience for other customers.
